Terms of Service

Terms Privacy Imprint
Beta draft. These terms reflect the current invite-only beta; they have not yet had a formal legal review (planned before paid plans go live). Last updated: 3 July 2026.

1. The service

mydefitax reads public blockchain data for the wallet addresses you provide and produces a gains-and-income summary to help you prepare a tax filing. It is software — not a person, and not a tax advisor. The service is operated by Vladimir Lobanov, Vasileos Georgiou I, 115, 4046 Limassol, Cyprus (see the Imprint).

2. Not tax advice

mydefitax does not provide tax, legal or financial advice. All output is informational only and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified tax professional.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses you provide and for reviewing and verifying your transactions and the final report before you submit anything to a tax authority. You confirm you are entitled to process the wallets you add.

4. Beta

The service is currently in beta and offered free to invited users. Features, limits and pricing may change, and beta output may contain errors.

5. Pricing (once paid plans are live)

Pricing is based on the number of transactions we process across your portfolio (your full history). You pay for that history once, and afterwards only for the incremental new transactions you add; if your history outgrows your tier, you pay the difference to the next one. Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record — the exact price, currency, applicable taxes and refund terms are shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You must not disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, and must not submit data you are not entitled to process.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for errors in calculations, for missed or misclassified transactions, or for any tax filing made using the output. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
